LEAK DEFENDER RS

The TEC Innovators Leak Defender RS is a very affordable water shut off system that interrupts the power to your well pump in event of a detected leak. Leaks are detected using a relay inline with the power either to a pressure switch or constant pressure controller for water pressure regulation. The system can use up to six sensors at a max distance of 600 feet. In the event of a leak, an 80 db audio alarm will sound as the water is stopped.  The Leak Defender RS also has input/output signal capability for house and other alarm systems. 

The Leak Defender system does not need an external power source. It is powered by the well pump power and it does not use shutoff valves to stop water supply from coming into the building. TEC Innovator water shut off systems are easy to install on new or existing well pump systems. The average installation time is approximately 30 minutes.

LEAK DEFENDER PS

The TEC Innovators Leak Defender PS system interrupts the power to your well pump in event of a detected leak. It does not use shutoff valves like most other detection systems. When a leak is detected an 80 db audio alarm will sound.

TEC Innovators uses a patent pending electro-mechanical contact lift design and pressure switch that is installed as replacement for the pre-existing pressure switch. Because of this, the Leak Defender PS cannot be used on a system that uses a constant pressure controller. An average installation takes 15 minutes.

The Leak Defender PS is powered by a plug in type transformer that uses a 120 VAC outlet. It accepts up to four sensors at a max distance of 600 feet and all Leak Defender accessories with match this system. 

LEAK DEFENDER VS

The Leak Defender VS system is designed to shutoff a water source closing a stainless steel ball valve and to emit an  80 db audio alarm when a leak is detected. It can be used to shutoff municipal water supplied systems or any other type of water fed utility. 

The Leak Defender VS accepts up to six sensors at a max distance of 600 feet and it is powered.

PROGRAMMABLE DRAIN VALVE

The TEC Innovators Programmable Drain Valve is used for automatic draining of sediment from various types of water filter systems. The valve has timed, programmable settings enabling the valve to open and close for a duration from 7 seconds to 99 hours . The programmable ball valve is powered by a plug in type transformer that uses a 120 VAC outlet. TEC Innovators sensor extension cables will work with this system.
